Glass
Coated Wire is a hermetic seal glass-to-metal composition.
Very smooth, 100% inorganic, non-porous glass insulation
that protects the metal from oxidation, and other effects of
adverse chemical and physical environment.
This wires allows manufacturing of various Glass Encapsulated electrical
and electronic components. Those unique technologies makes it possible to coat practically any kind of metal
with continuous
glass insulation with various wall
thickness.
The
diameter of the conductors are in range from .002
and .01 inches (0.05-0.25 mm).
Other diameters
above and below this range can even be made from single micron
to millimeter upon request.
We can produce
the glass insulation with various wall thickness.
Glass coated wire is ideal wherever extreme environment,
high/low voltage, stability, high durability, tremendous
overload
capacity
or lack of space are absolutely critical.
