Glass Coated Wire is a hermetic seal glass-to-metal composition. It is a very smooth, 100% inorganic, non-porous glass insulation that protects the metal from oxidation and other effects of adverse chemical and physical environments.
These wires allow manufacturing of various Glass Encapsulated electrical and electronic components. These unique technologies make it possible to coat practically any kind of metal.

 

The diameter of the conductors are in range from  .001 and .01 inches  (0.025-0.25 mm).

Other diameters above and below  this  range can be made from a single  micron  to millimeters  upon  request.

We can produce the glass insulation with  various  wall  thickness.

 

Glass coated wire is ideal wherever extreme environment, high/low voltage, stability, high durability, tremendous overload capacity or lack of space are absolutely critical.
